Help Us Break the Stigma Surrounding Mental Health and Addiction
JORDAN LEIGH
The Jordan Leigh Foundation was established to honor the life of Jordan Leigh McCullough, who passed away on March 15, 2023, after a courageous battle with mental health and addiction. Yet Jordan’s story was about so much more than her struggles. She was a driven, hardworking individual who achieved remarkable things - starting her first job at just 12 years old, becoming a flight attendant at 17, and moving to British Columbia on her own.
Jordan was a talented singer, a loyal friend, and an extraordinary twin sister whose personality and empathy left a lasting impact on everyone she encountered.
Mental health and addiction can often feel isolating, and the stigma surrounding these challenges can make it even harder for individuals to seek help. Jordan’s life is a poignant reminder that behind every person struggling is a human being with incredible value, deserving of compassion.
At The Jordan Leigh Foundation, our mission is to create safe, supportive spaces where people can speak openly and lift each other up. As a non-profit organization, we are committed to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and addiction while promoting compassion, understanding, education, and community outreach.
By eliminating stigma, we can ensure that no one ever feels alone or defined by their struggles - and help them get the support they need and deserve.
